Specify The Default Option For Your Email Client:

To specify the default sending options for attachments via your web browser, perform the following steps:

1. Open your internet browser (i.e. Internet Explorer^®)
   
   
2. Select Tools, then Internet Options
   
   
3. On the tabs across the top of the displayed box, select Programs.
   
   
   
   
4. In the Email preference, ensure that your email client is selected. (ie. Microsoft Outlook^® rather than Outlook Express^® is selected.)
   
   
5. Restart the computer.
