How To.... Create an E-mail Template in Microsoft Outlook 2010

Saving your HTML file

Save the supplied HTM file from Support Unlimited in your local computer in the correct place so that Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 can use it as a 'theme'.

In order to save the file, you need to make sure that you have hidden files & folders shown on your computer. To do this, follow these simple steps:

    1. Open up 'My Computer'

    2. Click 'Tools' from the top toolbar and select 'Folder Options'

    3. Click the 'View' tab and scroll to 'Hidden files and folders' within the 'Advanced settings' section

    4. Ensure the radio button is selected for 'Show hidden files and folders'

    5. Click Apply and then OK
