Create an E-mail Template in Microsoft Outlook®:
- Open Outlook.
- Make sure the Inbox is highlighted. Select Tools then
click on Options.

- Select the tab titled, Mail Format.
- Click the button under Stationary and Fonts,
titled Stationery Picker.
- Click the button New.
- Enter a name for your new stationery. This
can be a unique name to you, (ie. My Email Template).
- Click the Browse button.
- Navigate to the email template saved on your
local drive, go to the drop down list at the top Look In and
navigate to the folder where you saved the email template (example,
My Documents).
- Select OK at the next two screens.
- Under the mail format screen, select None for the option "Use this stationary by default". Tip: By skipping this step, every message you create in Outlook will use the email template you specified.
- Select OK to apply your changes.
- To create your outgoing message with the email
template, go to Actions, New Mail Message
Using,
click the unique name you specified in step #6.
- Specify recipients for the message as you would a standard email message.
Tip:
If you would like to send this to multiple recipients without
the names being displayed, send the message to yourself, and
BCC the list of people to send the message too. The recipients
will see it was sent to you, but no one else.
