Set Print Options for Printing from a Web Page:
- On the File menu, click Page Setup.
- In the Margins boxes, type the margin measurements in inches. For example, set the margins to .5 for the left, top, right and bottom margins.
- In the Header and Footer boxes, specify the information to be printed by using the following variables. Variables can be combined with text. For example, Page &p of &P will print as "Page 1 of 2" on the first page of a two page document.
