Change Your Screen Resolution
Windows® 95, 98, 2000, or XP:
- Right click on the Windows Desktop.
- Click Properties.
- In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Settings tab.
- In the box labeled Screen area (Desktop area in Windows 95),
drag the slider to the 800 x 600 setting (or your desired setting).
- Click Apply. A Display Properties dialog box appears, explaining
that Windows will adjust the display settings.
- Click OK. The screen resolution changes to 800 x 600 (or your desired setting). A Monitor
Settings dialog appears(Display Settings in Windows 95).
- Click Yes to save the new screen resolution.

Macintosh®:
- From the Macintosh desktop, click the Apple menu in the upper-left
corner.
- Choose Control Panels.
- Click Monitors & Sound.
- At the top of the Monitors & Sound window, ensure the Monitor button is selected.
The Color Depth should be set to Thousands or Millions.
- In the Resolution area, select 800 x 600 (or your desired setting).
- Click the Close box.

Windows® 3.11:
- From the Windows desktop, double-click the Program Manager icon.
- Double-click the Main window.
- Double-click the Windows Setup icon. Select Options.
- Click Change System Settings
- In the Change Systems Settings dialog box, under Display, click the 800 x 600 setting appropriate for your video card.
- Click OK.
- Your may see a dialog asking you to restart the computer before the settings will take effect.
