Client Issue: This client needed to develop a useful front-end entry to their online banking services, which also provided information about the range of services they offer. They needed the site to be easy to navigate, simple to use, and also meet the critical regulatory requirements associated with the banking industry.

Solution: Support Unlimited created the client’s first generation site from conception to implementation, and recently completed the client’s third-generation site. The site features dynamic navigation menus, pop-up window disclosure information, a streamlined employee directory, and rate management pages. The site also meets the regulatory requirements, without being inconvenient or cumbersome for visitors. In addition, Support Unlimited integrated a backend management utility that allows employees to update information online on an as-needed basis.

Results: The client has received positive feedback from its customers and employees on the ease of use and rich dynamic features of the new website. Since its launch, online banking use has increased over 400%.
